Shipping

All items will be shipped via Registered Air Mail within 3 working days once payment received, unless specified. Payment via PayPal eCheck will take additional days to clear. Once shipped, it may take approximately 10-15 working days to arrive at international destinations (though normally earlier), and is subject to custom clearance and transport conditions.

Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer for any reason will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense.

* Kindly take note that we are not able to ship to Israel at this moment, as the local Post Office doesn't offer this service. We will keep you updated when the service is available.

Refunds and Exchanges

We accept refund and exchange if the item purchased is faulty or far beyond as described in the listing. Kindly contact us within 7 working days from the day of receipt of the item. Full refund will be processed once we receive the item in its original condition. No restocking fee will be imposed.
