How long does it take for my order to be processed?
We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.
What tracking options are there?
All orders that are delivered within the United States by USPS have full tracking available. For international orders, full tracking will only be available for orders sent through International Priority, which costs a bit more.
My order has been sent, why don't I see the tracking info?
Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the USPS tracking system.
Can you include custom messages for my orders?
Sorry, we are not able to do this yet.
Who pays the customs duties & taxes?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. You are responsible for these fees.
Are your shipping products eco-friendly?
All our shipping products are either 100% recyclable or fully biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
What if the product is lost in the mail?
If your sent order is lost in the mail, no worries, we'll resend it again.
What if the product is damaged in the mail?
We'll ask for a photo of the damaged goods, and we'll then gladly send a replacement.
What if a frame breaks during shipment?
We guarantee each product from once it leaves our shop to the point it is received by the customer. If any order arrives broken, damaged, incomplete, or wrong, we will reship your order to ensure you are satisfied with your product.
What if I have ordered the wrong size?
To remind, we only produce the items after we receive your order. That's means all items are make according to order. If you have ordered the wrong size, please inform us as soon as possible. If the item still not yet in production, we can change the size for you. We are unable to offer exchanges of size after the order has been fulfilled and shipped.
